Some Journal Pages
One of the first spreads I ever made, using some of my kids’ old art supplies. It’s five lists of five, and while it’s not very sophisticated or inspiring, I was immediately hooked. I’ve never considered myself particularly artistic, so I never felt constructive playing with art. This time was different, and a whole new world opened to me.
Below is a page from my creative entrepreneurship journal. It’s made from food box cardboard, tissue paper, magazine scraps, and a computer printout.
I’m sharing some of my own journal work to prove to you that it doesn’t matter if you don’t “do” art. Creative journaling is about process and what it gives you.
Sometimes my pages feel unfinished. Sometimes I get pleasant surprises. I always learn something.
